I assume most of you have heard of the following bands and singers, so I am going to make everything brief.

I always liked Radiohead. Ever since I went to their concert in Montreal in 2003, I like them so much more than before. I used not to like their stuff too much since their second album "The Bends", after watching their awesome concert, I have to say Thom Yorke and the band are the most creative band in the world! They have been making so many different kinds of music that always ROCK!!
"The Bends" is one of my favourite albums. Similar to Oasis's "What's the story morning glory", all the tracks stood out the Radiohead music. "Fake Plastic Trees" is my favourite radiohead song. It had so much emotional involved with Thom's performance.

My favourite Alanis album is "Jagged Little Pill". There are a lot of great songs in this album. My favourite Alanis song is "Forgiven". I have loved this song since the first time I heard it.
Also, a new track "So unsexy" from her new album is pretty good!

  • STAIND

Staind is a great band. They made themselves different from the punk trend. They made pretty original songs. The first song I heard from them was "fade" from their second album "Break The Cycle" (A lot of people thought it was their debut album including me at that time). Singer song writer Aaron Lewis liked to write about his life experience. Even tho Staind made mostly sad songs, they made us think, made their music, their life experiences closer to ours.
"So far away" is a new track from their brand new album "14 Shades of Grey". It is a good song, I just hope the radiostations don't overly play this song, I don't want the song becomes some pop hit of the year!

    Dysfunction (1999) Good Tracks:
  • Just Go *
  • Me
  • Mudshovel

  • Break The Cycle (2001) Good tracks:
  • It's Been Awhile *
  • Outside *
  • Open Your Eyes
  • Fade

  • 14 Shades of Grey (2003) Good tracks:
  • So Far Away *
  • Fray *
  • Precious Illusions
