The tutorial can be done in any version of
PSP. An average knowledge of
PSP is required.

This tutorial was done in PSP 8

MATERIALS NEEDED:
Yvonne's 8 tubes.
1 Font.
Download the supplies here.


METHOD:
Open a new transparent image size 600 x 400.
Fill with the color:  #D1DEC2.
Copy and paste the 'tulp'-tube as a new layer.
Drag it a bit to the right.
Change the blend mode of the layer to 'Luminance (Legacy).
Duplicate this layer.
Effects --> Texture Effects -->Mosaic Glass:
100-100-74-3-28.
Change the layer opacity to 50% in the Layers palette.
Merge all layers.

Duplicate this layer.
Lock the bottom layer and apply apply the 20-20 mask to the duplicate layer.
(The inside of this layer should be made clear!)
Merge group.

Effects --> Texture Effects --> Blinds:
2-45 : 'horizontal' and  Light from top left' unchecked.
color - white

Unlock the background layer.
Merge layers.

Selections --> Select All.
Resize the selection to 80%.
Copy and paste the white rose into the selection.
Reduce the layer opacity to 30% in the Layers palette.
Use the Freehand Selection tool (opacity on 20!) to select
 part of the tulip.

Press the delete key and the tulip will be visible again.

 

Copy and paste the 'white dress'- tube and
position it next to the tulip.
Duplicate the layer and activate the bottom dress layer.
Apply a Gaussian Blur of 15.
Reduce the layer opacity to 80% in the Layers palette.
Merge all layers.

 

Copy and paste the 'bloemenrand' - tube as a new layer.
Arrange it at the top right.
Duplicate and mirror this layer.
Arrange the two layers tightly together in the center of the canvas.
Merge these two layers.
Apply a drop shadow: 1-3-47-3.

 

Copy and paste the 'bloem groot'- tube as a new layer.
Drag it to the left.
Duplicate this layer and activate the bottom of the two layers.
Apply a Gaussian blur of 20.
Change the layer opacity of the duplicated (top of the two layers)
to 60% in the Layers palette.
 

Copy and paste the 'pillow'- tube as a new layer.
Shift it a bit to the left.
Apply a drop shadow: 10-4-64-30, color #818B3F.
Repeat with V & H on -10 and -4.
Merge all layers.

Copy and paste the 'parel'-tube as a new layer.
Copy it to all 4 corners of the pillow.
Copy it 3x times between the flower borders.
Copy and paste the ring tube as a new layer.
Position it in the bottom right corner.
Merge all layers.

Find the 'Wishingtype' - font with the Text tool,
size 60, pixels on 1.
Background on white;
foreground on a silver pattern.
Type your text.
Apply a drop shadow of your choice.
Add your name.
Effects --> 3D Effects --> Buttonize: 15-10-81, transparent.
