METHOD:
This is Yvonne's first tutorial.
Find a tube of the stars.
A good knowledge if PSP is required.

Open all the images and tubes and minimize them.

Open a new transparent image, size 500 x 450 pixels.
Fill with black.
Add a new raster layer.
Select All.
Paste the bridge image into the selection.
Deselect.
Shift it a bit to the right.
The black figure should not be visible anymore.

Duplicate this layer.
Image --> Mirror.
Layers --> Merge --> Merge Visible.
Copy the image.

Add a 2 pixel border with a color in the image.
Add a 20 pixel white border.
Select with the Magic Wand.
Copy your image
and paste into the selection.
Adjust --> Blur --> Gaussian Blur - 7.

Effects --> Texture Effects --> Mosaic Glass:

Sharpen 1x.

Effects --> 3D Effects --> Inner Bevel:

Copy and paste the 'vrouw'-tube (lady tube) as a new layer.
Center it on the canvas.

Copy and paste the  'rand scorpio les1'- tube as a new layer.
Drag it to the top as seen in the example.
Copy and paste the 'sterrenbeeld' (stars)-tube as a new layer.
Drag it to the right.
Duplicate this layer.
Image --> Mirror.

Copy and paste the ' bolletjie'-tube as a new layer.
Duplicate / Mirror / Flip / Mirror Flip the layer
to add a button to each corner.
Layers --> Merge --> Merge All.
Add your name.
Resize to 400 pixels in width.

ANIMATION.
Open Animation Shop- standard in PSP 9.
Click on the yellow file-icon to open the files.
Find the 'etoile 9' animation image.
It contains 8 frames.
Go to Edit --> Select All.
Edit --> Copy.
Leave it for now.

Open PSP again and copy the image that you have just made.
Paste it as a New Animation into AS.

You will need 8 frames to fit the etoile animation.
To do that: go to Edit --> Duplicate Selected.
Duplicate it until you have enough.
If you have more than 8 just click on the extra frames - one by one
and delete them.

Drag your image out to reveal all the frames.
Go back to frame 1 of the image.
Edit --> Select All.
Edit --> Paste into Selected Frames.
The etoile animation will cling to the mouse pointer now.
Position it where you want it and then just click on the spot in the frame.
Click on the animation icon to view the animation.

Click on the animation icon again when you want to close it.
This way you can add several animations to the image, if you want to.

Go to File --> Optimization Wizard.
Go through all the steps.
The second window that opens looks like this:

Click on 'Customize'

Choose these options below in the window that opens:

Now you can save your image as a GIF file
with a name of your choice :)

You're finished.
