The tutorial can be done in any version of
PSP. A good knowledge of
PSP is required.

MATERIALS NEEDED:
5 images supplied by Yvonne

METHOD.

Open a new transparent canvas, size 500-500.
Selections --> Select All.

Copy the image 'blauw' and paste into the selection.
Apply a Gaussian Blur of 35.

Copy the tube 'venice' and
paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Shift it a bit to the right.


Copy the tube 'paulina' and
paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Position  it to the left.
Change the blend mode of this layer to
' Luminance Legacy' .
Apply a drop shadow with these settings:
9-9-40-11, color white.
Merge all layers
(Layers --> Merge--> Merge All).

Copy the tube 'border' and
paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Shift it to the top.
Duplicate this layer and flip.
Now you have a very nice border
around your image! :)

Merge the 2 top layers.
Apply the drop shadow.
Repeat the same drop shadow  but with V & H on minus 9.
Merge all layers.

Make a sunburst gradient: 47-7 with the color white and
another color from the image.
Add a 10 pixel border and fill with the gradient.
Add monochromatic noise of 28.
Apply an inner bevel with the standard settings,
but change the depth and width to 1.

Add a 10 pixel border.
Select and fill with the gradient.
Repeat the noise and inner bevel effects.

Add the text and your name to the canvas.
Your tag is finished! :)
