Moonlight Dancing

The tutorial can be done in any version of
PSP. An average knowledge of
PSP is required.

This tutorial was done in PSP 8

MATERIALS NEEDED:
4 tubes supplied by Yvonne

METHOD.

Open a new transparent canvas, size 600-400.
Fill with the color #EFF5F4.
Copy the tube 'moonlight' and
paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Set the layer opacity to 60%.

Copy the tube 'arch' and
paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Position it to the left of the moonlight tube.
Duplicate and mirror the layer.
Merge the 2 top layers.

Copy the tube 'face' and
paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Drag it to the right.
Change the layer blend mode to ' Luminance Legacy' .
Adjust --> Brightness and Contrast -->
Brightness - 40
Contrast - 25.
Merge all layers.

Make a gradient: Linear:  0-1 with a color of your choice
and grey from the image.
Select - with the Magic Wand with feather on 40,
all 4 corners that have the same color as the background.
Add a new raster layer.
Fill with the gradient.

Effects --> Texture Effects --> Blinds.
4-44- color white - all options = checked.

Apply Effects --> 3D Effects --> Inner Bevel
with these settings:
Bevel 2,  5-3-5-0-0-315-50-30.
Merge all layers
(Layers --> Merge--> Merge All).

Copy the tube 'flowerring' and
paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Drag it into position.

Add a 15 pixel border with a dark color from the image.
Select with  ' feather'  on 13.
Fill 3x  with the gradient.

Repeat the Blinds effect but ' horizontal'  should now
be unchecked.
Add a 3 pixel border.
Select and fill with the silver pattern.
Sharpen 3x.

Add a nice text as well as your name.
Save as a jpg!
