The tutorial can be done in any version of
PSP. An average knowledge of
PSP is required.

This tutorial was done in PSP 8

MATERIALS NEEDED:
3 tubes supplied by Yvonne
Download here

METHOD

Open the background image.
Duplicate and close the original.
Copy the tube 'happiness' and
paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Merge all layers
(Layers --> Merge--> Merge All).
Copy.

Add a 25 pixel border.
Select and paste into selection.
Effects --> 3D Effects --> Inner Bevel,
with these settings:
Bevel 2, 5-40-4-0-10-315-50-35.

Add a 25 pixel border.
Select.
Copy the background image.
Paste into the selection.
Add a 10 pixel border.
Fill with the silver pattern.


Apply Effects --> 3D Effects --> Inner Bevel,
with these settings: Bevel 2, 
1-10-1-0-10-315-50-35.
Selections --> Invert.

Apply a drop shadow: 2-2-30-2.
Repeat with V & H on minus 2.
Deselect.

Copy the tube 'fourtube' and
paste as a new layer onto the canvas.

Position it so that the small hearts
fit into the small squares.
Add your name.
The tag is finished! :)
