PSP. An average knowledge of

MATERIALS NEEDED:
3 tubes supplied by Yvonne

METHOD.

Open a new transparent canvas, size 400-400.

Make a gradient: linear - 0-0
with the colors #98939B and #FEF2BD.
Copy the tube 'golden girl' and
paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Drag the face somewhat to the center.
Merge all layers
(Layers --> Merge--> Merge All).

Add a 50 pixel border only to the right and left of the image.
Select with the Magic Wand.
Invert your gradient and fill
the selection with it.
Add a 19 pixel borders on all 4 sides.
Select.
Invert the gradient and fill with the selection.
Add another 10 pixel border.
Select.
Invert the gradient again and
fill the selection with it.
Keep selected.
Effects --> Texture Effects --> Blinds.
4-20- color black - all options = checked.

Copy the tube 'blokjes' and
paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Drag it to the top right next to the dark bar.
Leave a small space open as seen in the example.
Duplicate this layer.
Mirror and flip this layer.

Copy the tube 'circels' and
paste as a new layer onto the canvas.

Add your name.
The tag is finished ! :)
