The tutorial can be done in any version of
PSP. An average knowledge of
PSP is required.

MATERIALS NEEDED:
5 images supplied by Yvonne

METHOD.

Open a new transparent canvas, size 400-400.
Make a gradient: Sunburst
with the colors  #0D257F and black:
with the settings: Horizontal 100 left
Vertical 60 right 20.

Fill the canvas with the gradient..
Copy the tube 'blue border' and
paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Duplicate this layer.

Effects --> Distortion Effects --> Wind
 100 to the right.
Repeat the wind effect with 100 to the left.

Effects --> Texture Effects --> Blinds.
4-80- color white - horizontal = checked.
Drag this layer below the first blue border layer
in the Layers palette.
Merge all layers
(Layers --> Merge--> Merge All).

Copy the tube 'long hair' and
paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Drag it to the top left.

Copy the tube '2frame' and
paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Drag it over the other tube.


Copy the tube 'kadootje' and
paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Drag it into position as seen
in the example.


Copy the tube 'bow' and
paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Position it onto the bow.


Duplicate the tube bow and resize to 80%.
Add it to the bottom of the bow.

Merge all layers.

Add a 1 pixel black border.
Add a 3 pixel border.
Select and fill with the silver pattern.
Sharpen  1x.
Add your name.
The tag is finished :)
