The tutorial can be done in any version of
PSP. An average knowledge of
PSP is required.

This tutorial was done in PSP 8

MATERIALS NEEDED:
3 tubes supplied by Yvonne

METHOD.

Open a new transparent canvas, size 600-400.
Fill with the color #F6FBFF.
Add a new raster layer.
Fill with a gold gradient,
or any other gradient of your choice.
Gradient setting: Linear 180-0.

Apply the 20-20 mask twice.
The color in the center should be completely gone.
Merge the group.

Apply a Gaussian blur of 16.

Effects  --> Texture Effects --> Blinds,
with these settings:
4-20 color white, all option = checked.
Repeat but this time 'horizontal'should be unchecked.
Merge all layers
(Layers --> Merge--> Merge All).

Copy the tube 'telephone' and
paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Drag it to the left.
Change the layer opacity to 70%.


Copy the tube 'flowergirl' and
paste as a new layer onto the canvas.

Copy the tube 'two' and
paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Drag it to the top right.
Change the layer blend mode to 'darker'.
Duplicate, mirror and flip.
Merge all layers.

Add a 1 pixel border in a light color.
Add a 20 pixel border in a dark color.

Activate the Selection tool, with 'feather' on 10,
select and fill with a gold gradient,
or anything you would like to use.
Keep selected.
Sharpen 2x.
Apply the Blinds effect again.
Add a nice text and your name.
The blend is finished :)
