FILTERS NEEDED:
 Filters Unlimited 
Photo Tools


***
 Change the foreground color to #83b8bc,
background color to #2b474a.

1.Open a new transparent canvas, size 650-500.
Fill with the background color.



2.Effects - I.C.NET Software's Filters Unlimited -
 - Photo Tools - Frosted Edger - Black
( You will find it in Filters Unlimited if you have imported it into it,
otherwise it can be find with your other filters)


3.Open the 'Vorm Uitdaging'- image.
Make sure the right layer is active in the Layers palette.
Image - Mirror.
Resize to 122%.

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize (or Shift +L):
Hue - 130
Saturation - 70

4.Edit - Copy
Edit - Paste as a new layer onto the canvas
Move it to the left.
Change the layer opacity in the Layers palette to 24%.

5.Open face tube
Edit - Copy
Edit - Paste as a new layer onto the canvas
Move it to the top and to the right
as seen in the tag example.

6.Change the foreground color to gradient
with these settings:




7. Add a new raster layer.
Selections - Load/ Save - Load Selection From Disk:
find 'Unlock-Vika' and apply.



8. Fill the selection with the background color.
Selections - Modify - Contract by 1.
Press delete.
Selections - Modify - Contract by 1:
fill with the gradient.

 Selections - Select None

Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds:


9.Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:
-5 / 0 / 58 / 11 / color black.

Change the layer opacity in the Layers palette to 75%.


10.Open Marif 2006 tube.
Make sure the correct layer is active in the tube's Layers palette


Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize
same settings as before.

11.Edit - Copy
Edit - Paste as a new layer onto the canvas
Move it to the left as seen in the example.


12. Add a new raster layer
Activate the Brush Tool
and find the brush 'Kitty 454'



Apply the brush next to the left of the face tube.

13. Layers - Arrange - Move Down.


14. Layers - Merge - Merge All

15.Change the gradient settings to:




16.Image - Add border:
2 pixels white.
Select with the Magic Wand.

Effects - Texture Effects - Weave:


17. Selections - Select None

18. Repeat step 16.

 Selections - Select None

19. Image - Add Borders:
50 pixels - white.
Select with the Magic Wand and fill with the gradient.

Repeat the same Blinds effects as in step 8.


21. Selections - Select None

22. Repeat step 16 2x.


23.Open the key tube

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize (or Shift +L):
with the same settings.

24. Image - Resize to 85%.



25.Edit - Copy
Edit - Paste as a new layer onto the canvas

Image - Rotate - Free Rotate:
30 degrees - from right
"All Layers' = UNCHECKED.
Drag the tube into position
as in the example tag.

26. Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen


27. Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:
4 / 6 / 50 / 5 / color black.



28.Change the background color to black.


29. Activate the Brush tool and find the 'Unlock-Vika'- brush.
apply it by right-clicking on the canvas.


30.Layers - Merge - Merge All.


31 . Add your name and you are finished! :)
