FILTERS NEEDED:
VM Extravaganza - Transmission
L en K landsiteofwonders - Maxim

 Change the foreground color to #e7964a,
background color to #732410.

1.Open the background image 'gh_texture_12'.
Copy with Shift+D and close the original.
Resize the copy to 85%.

2. Add a new raster layer.
Fill with the foreground color.


3. Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask From Disk:
find 'SaraLettersMask' and apply.
Merge the group layer in the Layers palette.



4. Add a new raster layer.
 Layers - Load/Save Selection - Load Selection From Disk:
find 'Tulips-Vika' and apply.

Change the foreground color to gradient
with these settings:



Fill with the gradient.



Effects - Filter Effects - VM Extravaganza - Transmission:


Change the layer opacity to 30% in the Layers palette.

5. Selections - Select None

6.Open tube 1731 dwtubes (women)
Image - Resize to 85%.

Edit - Copy
Edit - Paste as a new layer onto the canvas
Move it to the left side.

Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize (or Shift +L):


7.Open tube Misted_Tulip_Scenic
Activate this tube layer in the Layers palette.


Edit - Copy
Edit - Paste as a new layer onto the canvas
Position it as seen in the tag example.
Change the Blend mode of this layer to Luminance(Legacy)
in the Layers palette.

Layers - Arrange - Move Down.

8. Layers - Merge - Merge All

9. Image - Add Borders: 50 pixels in a contrasting color
(not present in the image)
Select the border with the Magic Wand.
Change the background color to #330f0f.

Add a new raster layer

Fill the border with the gradient.

Effects - Filter Effects - L & K - Maxim:


Keep Selected!!

10. Activate the Brush Tool
and find the 'awbpspbrushset 023 001'- brush.
Apply with the background color in the border
as seen in the example.

11. Selections - Select None

12.Open freebie-scrap-rustymetalelements
Activate the 'obj-15' layer in the Layers palette.

Edit - Copy
Edit - Paste as a new layer onto the canvas

Image - Resize to 50%.
'Resize all layers'- not checked.


Move the tube to the bottom.

Duplicate layer
Image - Mirror


Layers - Merge - Merge Down
Adjust - Hue and Saturation - Colorize:
same settings as before.

Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

13.Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:
3 / -3 / 100 / 13 / color black.

Repeat the drop shadow with these settings:
-5 / 7 / 100 / 6 /  color black.


14.Layers - Merge - Merge All

15. Image - Add Borders: 'Symmetric = NOT CHECKED!
Left, Right - 25
Top , Bottom - 0
Color - #330f0f

16. Activate the Brush Tool
and find the 'geometric 10'- brush.
Apply with the foreground color to the borders
as seen in the example.
Remove the brush-parts overlapping the scrap elements
with the Eraser tool.


17. Open the 'Ekatarina two'- font, size 72.
Type 'Tulips'
Convert the vector layer into raster layer
in the Layers palette.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow:
1 / 1 / 50 / 6 color #e7964a.



18. Image - Add Borders:
1 pixel foreground color
2 pixel background color
1 pixel foreground color


19. Add your name and you are finished! :)
