FILTERS NEEDED:
Penta.com - Color dot

 1. Open a new transparent canvas, size 600-450

2.Change the foreground color to #e1cfc1,
background color to #4c3f37.

3.Fill with the background color.

Effects - Filter Effects - Filters Unlimited
- Render(clouds fore/backgroundcolor)65-128

4.Add a new raster layer .
Fill with the background color.

Activate the Preset Shapes Tool

Find the 'Ramme Gruppe'- shape.


Draw the shape from the top left corner
to the bottom right corner as seen below:


Convert the vector layer into a raster layer in the Layers palette.
Use the eraser tool to remove the inner lines.
Adjust - Softness - Soften
Layers - Merge - Merge Down

Effects - Filters Effects - Penta.com - color dot.

Change the layer opacity in the Layers palette to 34%.

5.Open de woman tube,
Edit - Copy
Edit - Paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Move it to the top near the edge.
Change the Blend mode to Luminance(Legacy) in the Layers palette.
Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen

6. Add a new raster layer
Change the background color to #24170f

7. Activate the Brush Tool and find the 'temp'-brush/
Right-click on the canvas to apply.
Move the brush to the left into position with the Mover Tool
so that the text become more visible.

7.Open the bloementube(flower).
Edit - Copy
Edit - Paste as a new layer onto the canvas
Move it to the left side.
Shift it a bit to the bottom as well, so that
the top of the flower becomes visible.
Change the Blend mode to Luminance(Legacy)
in the Layers palette.

8.Open the 'sierrand les 132' - tube.
Edit - Copy
Edit - Paste as a new layer onto the canvas
Move it completely to the right edge
and erase the left border away.



Change the Blend mode to Luminance(Legacy)
in the Layers palette.

9.Layers - Merge - Merge All

10. Open the 'Flemisch'- font.
Change the background color to #24170f
and lock the foreground color.
Type 'Romantic'.
Convert the vector layer to raster layer
in the Layers palette.
Activate raster 1.

Effects - Distortion Effects - Wind:
From left - 35

Add your name

11.Layers - Merge - Merge All

12.Image - Add Borders:
2 pixel foreground color

And that's it for now! :)
