A collection of tubes and brushes.
The picture frame 'Transparent 01'
is standard in PSP 9 and Corel PSP X

FILTERS NEEDED:
I.C.Net's Filters Unlimited: Frosted Edger

The Color Palette:
Foreground color: #fff5e1
Background color: black

1.Open a new transparent canvas, size 650 x 500 pixels.
Fill with the foreground color.


2. Layers - New raster layer.

3. Activate the Brush Tool.
Find the '@-miste heart flower'-brush.
Apply with the black background color
in the center of the canvas.
Use the Deformation tool to drag it out over the canvas.
Effects - Distortion Effects - Spiral: 180 degrees.
Move it to the left edge.


4. Open the tube 'joosje-beautifulblonde'.
Duplicate with Shift D.
Minimize it for now.
Activate the tube layer in the Layers palette.

Copy and paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Move it to the right edge of the canvas.
Change the layer opacity to 30
in the Layers palette.

Activate the Brush-layer in the Layers palette.
Remove the flower petals over the face
with the Eraser tool.


5. Open the duplicated tube.
Activate the tube layer in the Layers palette.
Image - Resize: 85%.
Repeat 1x.
Copy and paste as a new layer onto the canvas.

Layer - New Raster layer.
Fill with the foreground color.
Activate the Brush tool again.
Find the '@-miste heart flower'
and apply in black to the canvas again.
Drag it our over the canvas with the Deformation tool.
Effects - Distortion Effects - Spiral,
with the same settings as before.

Layers - Arrange - Move Down.
Layers - Merge - Merge All.

Image - Add Borders:


Again: add borders:


Add a 1 pixel black border.

Copy and paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Position it as seen in the example.
Activate the ruler to do it.


Image - Resize: 99%
('Resize all layers' = unchecked!)

If you use another tube, make sure the
measurement is 308 x 397 so that
the rest if the tutorial will work out.

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow:
0 / 3 / 40 / 2 / black.
Repeat with -3.


6. Layers - Merge - Merge All.


7. Adjust - Sharpness - Sharpen.


8. Image - Picture Frame: Transparent 01.



9. Layers - Merge - Merge All.

10. Image - Add Borders (with 'Symmetric-checked)
1 pixel: black.
5 pixels: foreground color.
1 pixel - black.
50 - pixels - foreground color.



11.Effects - Filter Effects - Filters Unlimited -
Photo Tools - Frosted Edger - Color:



12. Open the tube 'Bellissimo-Vika'
Activate raster 2 in the Layers palette.
Copy and paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Move it to the top right.

Back to the tube.
Activate raster 3 in the Layers palette.
Copy and paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Move it to the bottom left.

13. Open the tube 'silver black leather'.
Copy and paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Move it to the right edge of the canvas.

14. Add your name.

15. Layers - Merge - Merge All.

16. Add a 1 pixel black border
and you're done ! :-)
