MATERIALS NEEDED:

Download Jeanette's supplies here.

All the images was tubed by Jeanette.

 

Filter: Greg's Factory Output II

Change your foreground color to #590A37,

background to  #7F4C6D.

Make a gradient with these settings:

 

1. Open a new transparent canvas, size 450x450 pixel and

fill with your gradient.

 

2. Activate your Preset Shapes Tool and

find the 'all25' - a standard in PSP 9.

If you don't have it you can download the zip file

of lesson 50 on Jeanette's site

 

 

3. Draw a shape from the top left to the bottom right corner.

 

 

4. Deselect.

Press the Shift-key in on your keyboard

and select all the black areas with your Magic Wand.

 

5. Change your foreground to the original foreground color (no gradient).

Add a new raster layer and fill with the gradient.

 

6. Go to Effects - 3D Effects - Drop Shadow

with these settings: 3  3  70  15,00.

Repeat the drop shadow but with V & H on -3.

Keep selected.

 

7. Go to Effects - Filter Effects -  Greg's Factory Output Vol II - Poolshadow.

Apply with all slidebars on 50,

except for the last two, which should be on 128.

Keep selected.

 

 

8. Go to Selections - Modify - Select Selection Borders,

with 'Border width' on 1 px, 'Inside' checked.

Add a new raster layer and fill with your background color.

Deselect.

Merge all layers.

 

 

9. Add a 1 px black border.

Add a 1 px white border.

Select with your Magic Wand and fill with gold.

Add a 1 px black border.

 

10. Add a 5 px border in your foreground color.

Repeat step 9.

 

11. Lock your foreground color.

Activate your Text Tool and write your text.

U can use the Bookman Old Style Font, size 16

if you want to the same font as in the tag example above.

 

12. Apply this drop shadow: -3  -3  70  15,00.

Sharpen twice.

Deselect.

 

13. Duplicate this image 2x so that you have three copies of it.

 

14. Open the tubes now and paste one tube on each copy.

Repeat the same drop shadow as in step 12 on all three copies.

Merge all layers on all three copies.

Your tag is finished.

 

If you want to use Jeanette's script, you

will need an additional two backgrounds.
