Welcome to this tutorial which was done in PSP 9
The materials required can be found below.
A good knowledge of PSP is
required
Filters needed:
Fotomatic
download here
Filters Xero;
I.C.Software' s Filters
Unlimited: download here
SUPPLIES:
Tube templates;
Brush;
Gold pattern
Skyrad settings;
Font
ps.. save the skygrad settings " roseblauwger.sky"
in any folder, for example, a " settings" folder
Download supplies here
If you still have PSP 7 or 8,
you can open the templates in Animation Shop
and copy it to PSP 9
The tube templates was made by
me.
The Brush and the castle are
from the internet.
If you made it, kindly email me
so that I
can give you proper credit.
Step 1
Open the gertemplate5 in PSP
Filter Fotomatic - Skygrad and find your roseblauwger.sky
Step 2
New layer. Fill with white.
Filter Fotomatic --> Skygrad --> roseblauwger.sky
Drag this layer below the gertemplate5
layer.
New layer.
Open the indiankoppelger1 and
paste onto the template
Change the opacity of this layer to 90 %
Open the droomkasteel 1
and paste as new layer onto the
canvas
Filter Fotomatic - Skygrad - roseblauwger.sky
Change the opacity of the castle layer to 40%
Merge All layers Visible
Step 3
Filter Xero - Porcelain
Filter Unlimited - Edges square - square edges 13
Activate your Magic Wand and click in the
transparent part.
Make sure everything is included
in the selection,
otherwise it won't work :((
If the Magic Wand doesn't catch
everything,
press the Shift key down while
selecting.
Ok, is everything now in the selection???
.... oh goodddddd....

Go to Selection - Modify - Expand by 8 pixels
Fill with the gold pattern
Selections--> Modify --> Contract by 2 pixels
and press delete
Deselect
Step 4
New layer.
Fill with a color from your
tube.
I chose #dfdee3
Airbrush -vlinder01 - size 109. Apply.
Then Drop Shadow 1/1/100/0
Layer opacity on 32%
New layer.
Open the Carpenter font
Add a proverb or poem of your
choice
Merge all layers visible and save as gif
This tutorial can be used freely.
