 Kitty made the brushes.

This tutorial was written for PSP 10.

MATERIALS NEEDED:

FILTERS:
Filter Graphics Plus.
Filters Unlimited 2.0.

SUPPLIES:

1 Brush
2 Tubes
1 Image

METHOD:
Open a new transparent image, size 500 x 450.
Open all the tubes and image.
Minimize them.

Activate the new canvas.
Make a gradient with the foreground on a dark color
and the background on a light color.
Style = Sunburst

Angle - 0
Repeats - 0
Fill the canvas with the gradient.

Effects --> Filter Graphic Plus --> Cross Shadow:
bottom two slidebars on 73-38.

Add a new raster layer.
Selections --> Select All.
Activate the 'demi-rose-lisa'- tube.
Copy and paste into the selection.
Effects --> Edge Effects --> Enhance>
Deselect.

Effects--> Filters Unlimited --> Edges Square--Square 11.
Apply a drop shadow: 6 / 4 / 75 / 15.
Repeat with V & H on minus.

Copy and paste the 'lisa-54'- tube as a new layer.
Arrange it as in the tag example.
Activate layer 2.
Clean the face a bit with the eraser tool.

Activate layer 3.
Add a new raster layer.
Find the 'kitty 352'- brush with the Brush tool.
Apply with the dark color once or twice.
Copy and paste the butterfly tube as a new layer.
Position it.
Change the layer opacity to 65%.
Apply the same drop shadow as before.
Merge all layers.


Effects --> 3D Effects --> Buttonize: 12-20-60
Resize your image if you want to.
Add yout text.
