Note: some of
the layers have been
locked to save on
bandwidth.
Remember to
unlock them in PSP
:)
FILTERS NEEDED:
FM Tile Tools -
Blend Emboss
Xero
Step 1
Open a new
transparent canvas,
size 640 x
480 pixels .
The Color Palette:
Foreground color:
#592822
Background color:
#c28454
Make a gradient:
Style - Linear
Angle - 45
Repeats - 2
Adjust - Blur -
Gaussian Blur: 30.
Step 2
Open the tube 'Marif
paysage 17'.
Edit - Copy.
Step 3
On the canvas:
Selections - Select
All.
Edit - Paste into
Selection.
Selections - Select
None (Ctrl+D).
Step 4
Effects - Filter
Effects - FM Tools -
Blend Emboss.
Layers - Merge -
Merge Visible.
Voeg de lagen
zichtbaar samen.
Effects -
Filter Xero
Porcelain - with
these settings:
Step 5
Copy(shift D) this
canvas.
We need it later.
Step 6
Change the
foreground color to
#491a13 .
Activate the Brush
Tool,
and find the brush "LG-brush-les-jeux"
.
Apply it once or
twice in the top
left area on the
canvas.
Step 7
Layers - New Raster
layer.
Change the
foreground color to #d9b873.
Activate the Brush
tool again and find
the brush "SL4".
Apply the text to
the top left
or add your own
text.
Step 8
Effects - 3D Effects
- Drop Shadow:
H 1 and V 1,
Opacity 75,
Blur 3.
Step 9
Layers - Merge -
Merge All.
Add border: 1 pixel
- color #29130d.
Add border: 40
pixels - white.
Select with the
Magic Wand: Opacity
0.
Open the first copy
that you have made.
Edit - Copy.
Back to the second
canvas: Edit - Paste
into the selection.
Adjust - Blur -
Gaussian Blur:
30.
Effects - Art Media
Effects -
Brushstrokes:
Step 10
Keep selected.
Effects - 3D Effects
- Inner Bevel:
Step 11
Selections - Invert
Effects -
3D Effects - Cutout
V 1 and H 1
Opacity 50
Blur 30.
Repeat with V -1 and
H -1
Step 12
Open the
fairytube.
Merge the baby and
the wing layers
visible.
Copy and paste as a
new layer onto the
canvas.
Move it to the
bottom left as seen
in the example.
Step 13
Duplicate this
layer.
Change the Blend
Mode of the fisr
fairy layer to
'Luminance(Legacy)'
in the Layers
palette.
Change the Blend
Mode of the second
layer to 'Soft
Light'
in the Layers
palette.
Change the second
fairy layer's
opacity to 50 ( or
what looks nice for
you)
in the Layers
palette.
Step 14
Now you can merge
all layers.
Add border: 1 pixel
- color #29130d.
Step 15
Add your name or
watermark,
and save as JPG.
Step 16
If you want the
wings to glow,
you can select it
with the Lasso
selection tool.
Duplicate the image
now twice.
The first layer:
Adjust - Blur -
Gaussian Blur: 10.
The second layer:15
The third layer: 20.
Take the layers over
to Animation shop
and paste one of the
other.
Save your Animation
and you're done! :)
