This tutorial was written on 13-7-2007 for Psp 9.

Download the supplies here.
The tubes were made by Angie and Jet.
If you want to share their tubes,
 kindly keep the filenames intact.
 Please respect their work.

METHOD
The Color Palette:
Foreground color: #537d91
Background color:#89c0d9


Open a new transparent canvas: 650 x450 pixels.
Fill with canvas with the foreground color.
Add a new raster layer.
Selections - Select All.


Open the 'paysage 33'.
Copy and paste into the selection on your canvas.
Selections - Select None.
Use the Deformation tool to drag the image out
to the top and left
as seen in the example.

Effects - Filter Effects - FM Tile Tools: Blend Emboss.
Move a little to the right
as seen in the example.
Change the Blend Mode of the layer to 'Luminance (Legacy)'.
in the Layers palette.
Change the layer opacity to 60%
in the Layers palette.

 
Open the tube 'PAY-M2007'.
Paste as new layer.
Image - Mirror.
Use the Deformation tool to drag it
out to the top and bottom.
Move it to the left.
Blend mode: 'Luminance (Legacy)'.
Layer opacity: 70%.


Open the tube 'mc 499'.
Paste as new layer.
Image - Mirror.
Move it into position.
Blend mode: 'Luminance(Legacy)'.
Layer opacity: 70%.

Open the tube 'F-JLL2007'.
Paste as a new layer.
Image - Resize:
95% - Bicubic / 'Resize all layers' = not checked.

Adjust - Photo Fix - Digital Camera Noise Removal
Move it to the left and a little down.

Copy the tube 'jet-flower-juli-2007'.
Paste as new layer.
Image - Resize: 3 x 75%.
Move it into position.
Blend mode: 'Luminance (Legacy)'.

Layers - merge - Merge All.
Image - Add borders:
2 pixels - white.
Select with the Magic Wand.
Fill with the background color.
Selections - Select None.

Add borders:
4 pixels - white.
Fill with the foreground color.
Deselect.

Add borders:
2 pixels - white.
Select and fill with the background color.
Deselect.

Change the foreground color to gradient:


Add borders:
35 pixels - white.
Select and fill with the gradient.
Effects - Filter Effects - Cybia - Screenworks: Graph Paper.
Effects - Filter Effects - Unlimited 2.0:
Buttons & Frames, Glass Frame 3: 100 / 70.
Deselect.

Add borders:
2 pixels - white.
Select and fill with the background color.
Deselect.

Copy the text 'Orient'.
Paste as new layer.
Move it into position.

Add our name on a new raster layer.
Layers - Merge - Merge All.
Save as optimized jpg.
