The tutorial was written on 30-5-2007 for Psp 9.



METHOD


The Color Palette:
Foreground color: #4e626e
Background color: #98afb6.

Open a new transparent canvas: 625 x 425 pixels.
Effects - Filter Effects - Mura's Meister: Cloud.
Selections - Select All.
Layers - New Raster layer.


Open the tube 'PAY-M 2007'.
Edit - Copy.
Back to your canvas.
Edit - Paste into the selection.
Selections - select None.
Image - Mirror.
Change the Blend Mode of the layer to 'Luminance(Legacy)'
in the Layers palette.
Change the layer opacity to 40%
in the Layers palette.


Copy the tube ' cp10601'.
Paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Image - Mirror.
Move it to the top left
as seen in the example.
Blend Mode: Luminance(Legacy)
Layer opacity: 34%.

Copy the tube 'mc flower'.
Paste as a new layer.
Image - Resize:



Move it to the bottom left.
Blend Mode: Luminance(Legacy)
Layer opacity: 40%.


Copy the tube 'mc 3027'.
Paste as a new layer.
Adjust - Photo Fix - Digital Camera Noise Removal: standard.
Duplicate this layer in the Layers palette.
Layers - Merge - Merge Down.
Move it a little to the right and to the bottom.
Blend Mode: Luminance(Legacy).
Layers - Merge - Merge All.

Add a new raster layer.
Fill with the foreground color.
Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load Mask From Disk:
Find 'Cats120' and apply:


Layers - merge - merge Group.

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance.
Layers - Merge - Merge All.
 
Image - Add Borders:
1 pixel - color # 4e626e.
10 pixels = white.
Select with the Magic Wand.


Fill with the background color.
Effects - Filter Effects - Xero: Fritillary.
Effects - 3D Effects - Outer bevel:


Effecten, 3D-effecten, Afschuining buiten:

Selections - Invert:
Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout:


Deselect.

Image - Add Borders: 1 pixel - color #4e626e.

Change the foreground color to gradient in the color palette:



Image - Add Borders: 30 pixels - white.
Select the border with the Magic Wand.
Fill with the gradient.
Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur: 25.
Change the foreground color palette
back from 'gradient' to  'color'.

Activate the Brush tool.
Find the 'winni [1]'- brush.
Apply it all around the image in the border.
Deselect.
Add Borders: 1 pixel - color #4e626e.

Copy the text 'Fading memories'.
Paste as a new layer.
Move it into position.

Add your name on a new raster layer.
Layers - Merge - merge All.
Save as optimized jpg.
