MATERIALS NEEDED:
Download the supplies here.
Save the mask in your PSP-masks folder.
The two patterns in your patterns folder.
Import the brush into your PSP-brushes folder.
The tubes were made by Marcio and RW.

FILTERS NEEDED:
None.

Open a new image, size 550 x 400 pixels.

Change the foreground color to pattern and
find the 'angra 14'. Apply with
Angle 0
Schale 250.
Fill the canvas with the pattern.

Open the tube 'christmasmagicmist'.
Copy and paste as a new layer onto the canvas.
Image - Mirror.
Image - Resize: 80%.
Move it to the right.
Change the layer's Blend mode to 'Soft Light'.

Copy the lady tube and paste her
onto the canvas as a new layer.
Move her to the left.
Effects - Distortion Effects - Wind: Left / 50.

Edit - Copy as a new layer again (still in memory)
Apply a drop shadow: 1, 1, 50, 1, black.

Add a new layer.
Use the color picker of the foreground color to choose a dark color from your image as the foreground color.
Activate the Brush Tool and find the '42'.
Apply it 1x with your foreground color.

Open the mc tube.
Copy and paste as a new layer.
Apply the same drop shadow as before.

If you are happy you can merge the layers now.

Change the background color to a gold pattern.
Angle: 0 Schale: 250.

Selections - Select All.
Selections - Modify - Contract by 15 pixels.
Selections - Invert.
Fill with the dark color.
Keep selected!!

Add a new raster layer.
Fill with the gold pattern.

Layers - Load/Save Mask - Load mask from disk:
find the 'lines'- mask and apply.
Layers - Merge - Merge Group.
Selections - Select None (Deselect.)

Add your watermark
and the tag is done! :)
