The tutorial was created in PSP 9.

MATERIALS NEEDED:
Download the supplies here.

FILTERS NEEDED
Filter Xero - Porcelain


THE COLOR PALETTE
Foreground color #96492b
Background color on black.
Change the foreground to gradient:
Style Linear
Angle 28
Repeats 6
Invert unchecked

Change the background to a gold pattern

Open a new canvas, 600 x 450 pixels
Fill with the foreground color

Add a new raster layer
Copy and paste the tube 'vaas met tak' onto the canvas
Shift it to the bottom left.

Copy and paste the tube 'fotolijst met viool' onto the canvas.
Position it against the right edge (see example)

Copy and paste the tube 'Face_man' onto the canvas.
Image --> Resize: 80% -
'Resize All Layers'- not checked.

Shift the image over the 'fotolijs' image on the right.
Drag it below layer 4 in the Layers palette.
Activate the Eraser tool.
Highlight layer 5 in the Layers palette.
Carefully clean the edge of the photo frame.
The man's face should not be visible through the side anymore.
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 76% in the Layers palette.
Lock the bottom 3 layers.
Highlight one of the other layers.
Layers --> Merge --> Merge Visible.
Unlock the three bottom layers again

Copy and paste the tube 'golden_age' onto the canvas.
Image --> Mirror
Image --> Resize: 60%.
Move it next to the vase to the left.

Copy and paste the tube 'tranquille' onto the canvas.
Image --> resize: 85%
Drag the layer below layer 4 in the Layers palette.
Change the Blend Mode to 'Lighter' in the Layers palette.
Filter: Xero - Porcelain
Arrange it in place (see example).

Merge all layers.
Effects --> 3D Effects --> Cutout:
H and V  0
Opacity 100
Blur 15
Color white
Repeat the Cutout effect 1x.
Selections --> Select None.

*Image--> Add Borders: 1 pixel red.
Select with the Magic Wand and fill with the gold pattern.
Deselect.
Add border: 3 pixels black
Add border: 1 pixel red
Select with the Magic Wand and fill with the gold pattern.
Deselect.*

Add border: 20 pixels white.
Select with the Magic Wand and fill with the gradient.
Effects --> 3D Effects -->Inner Bevel:
Bevel 2
Width 13
Smoothness 16
Depth 3
Ambiance 0
Shinniness 0
Angle 315
Intensity 44
Elevation 33
Color white

Repeat the steps between * and *

Add a new layer
Activate the Text tool.
Find a nice font, such as 'Chopin Script', size 36.
Type your text.
Apply a drop shadow:
H & V 6
Opacity 60
Blur 12
Color white
Place it into position
Add your watermark
Merge layers.
