MATERIALS NEEDED:
Download the supplies here.

Filter Xero - Porcelain

Foreground color on #6b352f
Background on gold pattern

Open all the supplies, save it, open in PSP,
and minimize them.

Open a transparent canvas, 600 x 400pixels.
Selections --> Select All
Add a new layer
Copy the image 'Enya_achtergrond' and paste
into the selection
Deselect

Copy and paste the tube 'Enya1' onto the canvas
Image --> Mirror
Change the Blend Mode to Luminance(Legacy)
in the Layers palette.
Reduce the layer's opacity to 80% in the Layers palette.
Movie it to the top(see example)
Lock layer 1 and 2
Activate the Eraser tool
and carefully clean up the face.
Unlock layer 1 and 2

Copy and paste the tube 'Enya' onto the canvas.
Image --> Resize: 55% -
'Resize All Layers' should be unchecked.
Move it to the top left

Copy and paste the tube 'Enya 3' onto the canvas.
Image --> Mirror
Image --> resize: 50%
Move it to the bottom left.

Copy and paste the tube 'Enya 3' onto the canvas
Move her next to the tube in the bottom left area
(see example)

Lock the 3 bottom layers in the Layers palette.
Merge other layers visible
Unlock the 3 layers again.
Change the Blend mode of the merged layer to Luminance(Legacy)

Merge all layers
Filter Xero - Porcelain- standard

Image --> Picture Frame - 01
(standard in psp)
'Frame canvas' -
'Frame outside the image' -
'Flip Frame'
 = all checked


Select the white edge with the Magic Wand.
Fill with the foreground color
Effects --> 3D Effects --> Cutout
H &  Vert. 0
Opacity 100
Blur 15.00
Color White
Selections --> Select None


Copy and paste the tube 'Enyalogo' onto the canvas
Image--> Rotate --> Free Rotate: 25 right.
Move it to the right.
Apply a drop shadow:
H & V  7
Opacity 50
Blur 12.00
Color black
Repeat the dorp shadow 2x.

Layers --> Merge all.
Selections --> Select All
Repeat the same Cutout effects as before
(But color should be black this time).
Repeat the Cutout 1x more.
Deselect.

*Image: Add borders: 1 pixel white
Select with the Magic Wand and fill with the gold pattern.

Add border: 5 pixels background color
Add border: 1 pixel green
Select with the Magic Wand and fill with the gold pattern.*

Add border: 20 pixels background color
Select with the Magic Wand
Effects--> Texture Effects --> Texture: Blue Spruce- standard.
Effects --> Edge Effects --> Enhance.
Effects --> 3D Effects --> Inner bevel:
Bevel 2 2
Width 15
Smoothness 5
Depth 5
Ambiance 5
Shinniness 30
Angle 315
Intensity 26
Elevation 55
Color white
Selections --> Select None.

Repeat from * to *.

Add your name or watermark.
Resize if needed.
