Pics of Me!!
Pre Surgery Pics
These are old pics of me. I do have new ones to have developed, just haven't gotten around to them. Enjoy what you do see, however.
Prom Night- May 15, 1992
I don't look too thrilled here, because as we all know I don't like a fuss.
Of course,  my dad was a proud parent.
May 22, 1994
This was taken on the day myself and my two brothers were confirmed. This was a real surprise to get our picture taken with Cardinal Bevilaqua (Yes that's him in the center) as all we asked of him was to sign my dad's book of prayers.
(From Left to right: My mother, my brother Joe,  Anthony Cardinal Bevilaqua, my other brother Shawn, and myself. My dad was home seriously ill.)
Taken March 2, 2002, this was when I was over at my brother's apartment, before surgery. I used this as my pic on the front page until just recently.
Taken 5 days before my surgery, On August 16, 2002, this was my last restaurant meal presurgery.
(My God, I was Big!!)
Post Surgery Pics
Taken 3 days Post. This one I'm sitting, trying not to laugh at the barrel of laughs that were in my room.
Taken 3 days Post. This one I'm reaching and using my IV Pole to use it as a leaning post to walk with.
Almost three weeks out.
Taken 3 days Post. This one I'm walking and holding my house coat up. This should give you an idea of how big I am, but will have something better later on..
Another at almost three weeks out. A little fuzzy and slightly dark because the sun was setting.
Another standing at almost 3 weeks out.
A Starter set of pics of what my scar looks like. My scar is about 9 1/2 inches long.  (I will have a better one later on, when someone else can take it.)
6 weeks out, Close up
This should give you an idea of how big I am. Side view at 6 weeks.
Another one at 6 weeks, Standing.
Last one at 6 weeks, Another Standing.
Taken December 14, 2002, This is a good friend of mine, JR, from my live support group, and myself. Some of you may recognize the picture as what I use for the front of my page, of course minus JR. (Sorry, JR!)
This Picture was taken the day I found out I dropped 100 lbs even!
To See my 6 month photos, Go to 6 Month Pics.
Always a work in progress, this is me at 7 months out.

The one to the left is from the front, and the one to the right is a side view.

(And to think, this time last year, I couldn't fit into this shirt!!)
And one Close up at 7 months!!
Yes you are seeing correct. I am in JEANS!! This pic is at 8 months post.
These were taken on May 10, 2003 at the Philly Gathering. To the left is myself with my angel, Kellie Jo, and to the above right is Marybeth, Dave, myself and Don. I had an excellent time and was sorry to see the weekend end!
These were taken just a little after my 10 month mark.

To the Right.. a standard pic.

To the left, a pic of me showing off my legs. As you can see, the scars on my legs are deep. Also, as you see, the thigh to your right (My left thigh) has a crease in it, which seperates my thigh into two parts, one is a hard mass thing, and the rest is just healthy and bouncing back somewhat. It looks like my Plastic Surgeon's going to get a work out!
Hmm.. 11 months. Let's see how halfway decent looking I am.
Front View and Side View. Not bad at all. Just hope I look it when I am a year out that I lost a little more then this picture.
One year Pics and thoughts can be found at: One Year Post
13 Months later. What a difference.
14 months out of surgery, almost one month post gallbladder removal. And still dropping. (And if you look at the window on the picture to the left, you can get a slight look at the side view.)
This is a good pic of what my Open RNY surgery and My Open Gallbladder removal scars look like. I still agree with my mother... one on my left and a circle, and I can have a peace sign on my belly. LOL
Ok.. here it is Folks... My new glasses.. and my top for my Christmas Dress!

(Taken at 16 months post)
Christmas Afternoon.. full view of my dress.
