- Hotel and Meeting Place: both aims at encouraging ex-Tai O residents to come back.
- New Street explored as one of the major axis of the place.
- Lobby: two buildings demolished with their facade standing. One building is used as office.
- Hotel: changing levels and crush-like appearance in Tai-O style.
- Straight path leading to God's place: A symbolic meaning to guard the place.
- Curve facades with Tai O residents names engraved on it.
- Murals of Tai O scenery appear on them as well.
- Curve facades to be felt as symbolic meaning of history continuation. They go on because the number of Tai O residents will increase with time.
- Meeting place: water theatre with opear performance at boat. Theatre on shore is also provided. Fishing can also be there.
