One channel stereo. The same sounds that you would hear in the cv listening to only one speaker, but here it's in stereo split to left and right. The left channel (L-C) stereo has L on the left and C on the right. The right channel (C-R) stereo has C on the left and R on the right.

A nice collection of isolations and separations. It might have been better to put all of the isolations on Volume 1 and all of the stereo separations on Volume 2, but rumor has it that subsequent releases will be organized this way.
