These mixes all have one of the side channels 'bounced' into the center and the center swapped out to the side. The drawback here is that the vocals are 'un-centered' and off to the side in most of the songs. But what more than makes up for that are the Remix L (or CLR for center-left-right) tracks like Lucy, Getting Better, and Fixing where the basic rhythm tracks are in the center of the mix, giving them a much more punchy powerful sound (in this writer's opinion). The CLR mix of Lucy brings all of the important song elements heard clearly in the mono into the center of this stereo mix. No longer buried at low volume over on the left side, this new mix does indeed 'fix' Lucy's cruddy original stereo mix.
