Completing Your 2006 Business Analysis
If you have the
Analysis Worksheet Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets from 2006 loaded on your computer, Complete each worksheet:
1) Read through the Process;          2) Complete the Assest side of the Balance Sheet;
3) Enter Capital Purchase;               4)  Complete the Liability side of the Balance Sheet;
5) Complete the Loan Activity;        6)  Complete 2006 Income & Expenses;
7) Complete the Crop Data Sheet;    8)  Complete the Livestock Inventories & Feed Fed; and
9) Complete your Goal Sheet.

Completing Your 2007 Business Plan & Budget
From your 2006 Business Analysis, you have relevant, purposeful information to complete the 2007 Business Plan & Budget.  Make certain it is a plan that contributes to you getting to the life you have always imaged you wanted to live.

Year-End Financial Activities
Now we begin the Year-End Financial Activities. 
         - 1)   you get your Acounting Records for 2006 up-to-date,
         - 2)   make current your farm's manufacturing information
                    - the Crop Data Sheet,
                    - the Monthly Livestock Inventories,
                    - the Feed Fed Summary, and
                    - purchases, sales or trades of Capital Items which occurred during the year,
         - 3)   complete your 2006 Income Tax Planning;
         - 4)   complete the Business Analysis Spreadsheets;
         - 5)   review your Business Analysis & Business Plan; and
         -  6)  come to group meetings to review the trends of 2006 & 2007.
