Seldom if ever does a new release start out burning,"Old&Easy",the newest release by Travis"Moonchild"Haddix is pure smoke. Also there are several other hot CDs out there that are well worth giving a listen to.Check out the reviews.
B.B. King "Let The Good Times Roll" is a fine tribute to one of the great pioneers of blues, jazz and rhythm and blues,Louis Jordan.Louis was way ahead of his time.
Travis "MoonChild"Haddix,"Old&Easy" has no particular tracks that can be singled out for heavy air play, but "Job Close To Home","Begging Or Not",Nasty November" and the title track,"Old And Easy" are for sure must plays, and is well worth the price. This CD is close to"The Dip on his Shootum Up" CD, sort of a cross between Al Green old band, and the late, great Albert Collins Ice Picking. This CD is serious ice picking blues for the funk of it,that is if you like good old blues.Take two tracks for what pains you.
"A Tribute To Stevie Ray Vaughan",how can it be described, well just think,B.B.King,Jimmy Vaughn,Eric Clapton,Bonnie Raitt,Robert Cray,Buddy Guy,Dr. John,Art Neville are all on this CD,and they have a royal throw down on three tracks. This is a must for SRV fans.
Here are some great links to some of the best  in blues, soul ,rhythm and blues:

Boz Scaggs,"Come On Home" has been around for sometime, but is a great CD."T-Bone Shuffle","Sick And Tired","'Don''t Cry No More",and "It All Went Down The Drain" are good jump and dance blues tracks.
