Some words on this album from the late Mikael Djurvall, a RaTL fan for all time. (A regret of mine is that I wasn't able to make use of more of the things with which Mikael supplied me, during his lifetime. I'm sure he would have enjoyed little more than to have helped enrich this site. See a tribute to him by the Moles.)
As you can see most of these tracks are from their other albums, but the tracks She Wears Black, Gone To Gwondana and Then At Iona Lanthem were new, at least to me, so I asked my source for this if there was anything written on the LP about them and he answered me this.. >She Wears Black, unreleased in UK, from French cassette "Assemble Generale" >Gone To Gwondana, previously unreleased >Then At Iona Unreleased in UK, from Italian Compilation album "Anthems" Even though I have a tape copy of this I really feel I have to buy the CD as well cause it has grown to be one of my fav. RATL records! They seem to have made special loops just for this record so that the songs shall float into each other even if they are originally from different albums, plus that Then At Iona Lanthem must be one of the most beautiful RATL pieces I've heard. A really successful Best Of.. kinda record -Buy Or Die!
