Casas Updates
Pacifico Logrono Casas a.k.a. "Phantom" or "Tom" died in Bacolod in 1987. His sons, Noel Thomas and Jose Allan were able to see him during his last days while his only daughter, Mary Ann Grace remained in Manila at that time and in her lifetime was only able to see him on three occasions.
Luzviminda Linco Casas a.k.a. "Nening Minda" died in Laguna in October 1999 from heart attack. It was her second stroke which put her in a coma. His four children, three by Pacifico and the youngest, Reynaldo Tan Jr. are now all married with children.
Noel Thomas L. Casas (Buboy) married Suzanne Alvarez (family originally from Bohol) in January 1986. They now reside in Carmona with their three children: Francis James, Julienne Mariz and Jed Christian.
Jose Allan L. Casas (Allan Joe) married Jona (family from Iloilo) in 1998. They have a son, John Allan and reside in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
Mary Ann Grace L. Casas (Inday Bonna, Anne) married Oliver Z. Eliserio (family from Aklan) in August 2000. They have one daughter, Amber Declan. They are in the United Arab Emirates.
Reynaldo Tan Jr. (Rey, Jun-Jun) married Melissa in April 2002. They have one daughter, Gabrielle Yliza Mariz and reside in Pacita, Laguna.
Old Tales
Tom and Nening never made it as a couple. Some day because Tom is always out drinking and gambling with his buddies. Others may say that their union was full of pubescent passion but no strong foundation to support them in their married life. While there are still some few who may opine that it was Nening's family who disliked Tom and thus caused a rift between the couple.
Buboy and Allan grew up in Punta Mabolo raised by Nening with the help of Lola Peling and Nanay Conching. After a while, both Buboy and Allan lived with Connie and Nonong in Cebu.

Anne was to be aborted whilst in Nening's first trimester but Connie persuaded her not to do it and that, if it was a girl, she will raise it as her own. Anne was raised by Nanay Conching in the first couple of years of her life and went to Manila when she was three to live with Nonong and Connie who had just given birth to Alvin. |
| Rey is not a Casas but his Tan relations do not even recognize him as their own. He was raised by Nening Minda with the help of Buboy and Allan and sometimes Anne. Nonong and Connie have also helped in raising Rey especially after the death of Nening Minda in 1999. |
