Maja Tropicana
Ingredients:

1 pc. buko (young coconut), meat shredded
(reserve 1-1/2 cups buko water)
1 cup cornstarch
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 can (439 g) Del Monte Fiesta Fruit Cocktail

Procedure:

1.Combine cornstrach, water, buko water and milk. Mix well. Cook for 30 minutes, strring continuously until mixture thickens.
2.Add sugar, buko meat and Del Monote Fiesta Fruit Cocktail. Blend well. Pour onto square pan (7"x7"). Cool, then chill until set. Slice into desired shapes.
