What is the situation in Russia?

The rule of the communist party is forbidden, but the former communists occupy all positions in government bodies. There were no other agencies in Russia. Before the recent demise of the Soviet Union there were 20 million communists in the country. You, Comrade Sobchak, and also Comrade Yeltsin, were communists before. The communists were the most active individuals in society. Many people joined with the party because they wanted a career. They graduated from the party school and a prestigious university. They studied to govern the people. The party treated people like cattle. The structure perfected itself over a 70 years period. 20-40 million people were killed.

The Communist dictatorship, empire of lies, destroyed the development of information technology, especially tapes, videotapes, computers, copy machines.

The broadcast "Swoboda', 'Voice of America," etc. to Russia helped also. The censorship and the radio interference in each town didn't help the communists. It was impossible to conduct "only right politics" of the communist party.

It is necessary now:
    1. To develop capitalism.*
    2. To prevent fighting. It is necessary that there should be no conflict between the communist and other parties. (That can prevent the unleashing of a civil war.)

The generation of slave owners (the elite of communists) and slaves (the Soviet people) must become extinct and a new generation, free from communist thinking, must arise.

Instead of Homo-Soveticus must appear Homo-Sapiens.
I think this transition will take 40 years.
