As I look up at the sky above me, a dark, menacing cloud is rapidly approaching. It is with a heavy heart that I realise this is indeed the cloud of war looming over our once glorious land. This cloud brings with it a dense and unearthly fog, a fog that I fear is blinding you to a collosal deception, a deception that will have the most grave of consequences should it be allowed to continue. CM Dan wraps himself in this fog like a cloak, and under this cloak he holds a dagger, waiting to be plunged into the back our great leader.
His true intentions are clear. I read his letter to you with great interest and in every line of this cursed text lies layer upon stench filled layer of treachery and pure self interest. He is truely a pitiful man and under normal circumstances hardly worthy of your attention.
His intention to resign, should my trial not be brought forward (and no doubt, should the verdict not be to his approval) is not to be taken as a sign of loyalty, or as some noble gesture. It is cowardice in its most vile form. It would seem that he believes that his appointment and service as Council Member is an occupation of choice, one to be discarded when it does not suit him. In this belief, he threatens blackmail on you, and on our blessed council. This I can not tolerate. If he is allowed to continue on this path, there will be no end to his demands.
It would also appear that he has chosed me as a target of his distasteful smear campaign. He mocks me for the level of devotion I show to my Darth, says I am a lap dog to my leader. In this he is correct, and any man who does not see himself as such is a man not fit to serve you.
I beg of you, do not bow to his demands. Keep your nation strong.

Why Darth Bob Must Step In Now
It is for this reason that we make a request of our Great Saviour - Darth Bob.
The time has come for action. Darth Bob must not tolarate the infighting and sniping which has blighted the country in recent weeks.
For years we have lived in peace and harmony, safe in the knowledge that our leaders had only their best interests at heart.
This was because the Darth accepted no dissent.
Now we watch as Council Members attack each other in the papers, and vanish without trace. Only the Darth himself can impose the necessary authority on the Council. We would not want to be on the Council when this happens.
The Line must be drawn here, now, no further.
