| These micrographs were taken on a scanning electron microscope The top and middle micrographs are at a magnification of X120000 and the bottom at X50000. The top and bottom micrograph show the enormous surface area of Magic Minerals. This surface area has a total net negative charge. This is where the cations attach themselves. The middle micrograph shows what appears to be a giant hole, but indeed it is just a few hundred angstroms in diameter. The surface area is covered with these holes. Cations can be trapped in these holes and held there until a cation exchange takes place. |
