If You're A Beginner:
There are certain things you must do before getting started into personal bodybuilding.

Plan ahead and make goals. You cant dive into something and expect to accomplish
anything. You must plan on the equipment you will need(plates, dumbells, etc.), and how your going to get them or which gym you want to join.
Next, think about the muscle groups of which you want to increase in size, and how building them will affect your life(do you really wanna do it or not).
Lastly,  write down what you plan on doing in your exercise routine(names of exercises, sets, and reps). NOTE: "Reps" are the smaller units of sets. For example: If I plan on lifting a barbell for "3 sets of 8 reps" then I would lift it 8 times and rest, then lift it another 8 times and rest again, and finally I would lift it 8 times once more. I Have lifted for 3 sets of 8 repititions.
*Bicep Curl (Arm Blaster Curl) Start with 20 to 30 lbs.

*Butterfly Curl or Bench Curl
for chest muscles. Start with 30lbs.

**French Press for triceps. Start with 18lbs.

**Lateral Raise for shoulders(great exercise)Start with 15-20lbs.

***Crunch with weights Start with 5lbs. in each hand.

Leg Extension  3 sets of 15 reps. 90lbs.
Leg Curl          3 sets of 12 reps. 90lbs.

*=3 sets of 8 reps. **=3 sets of 10 reps. ***=3 sets of 20 reps.
Below You'll Find My Personal Routine.
Helpful Tips
1)Eat alot of foods with protien! Protien helps build muscle, and just lifting weight is not going to make your muscles bigger. Try protien powder, and keep a balnced diet.

2)Exercise Religiously! 3-4 Times a week. Remember that you will have to work hard for your goal. Building a better body isn't as easy as it sounds on TV, no matter what TV machinery you try to use.

3)Dont overlift (it can actually make your muscles smaller).

4) Dont always do the same thing, switch up your routine often with different exercises.  Dont get too comfortable with one excersize.
