Grande Cascapedia River

The Grande Cascapedia is one of the world's most famous salmon rivers. It rises in the height of the Shickshock range where one of its two branches flows out the Lac Cascapedia. This branch runs for eighteen miles until it joins its twin whose source is many miles to the North. The river born of union of a series of falls and though narrow rocky passages then, steams which flow ends its 45 miles course in the Baie des Chaleurs, near New Richmond.

Many famous people has fished the Grande Cascapedia.
For example: Former Boston Bruins star Bobby Orr is a regular visitor.

Many people work on the Grande Cascapedia River. I'm proud to say that in my family there is 3 generations that worked on the river, from my great grand father to my father. My father has been working on the river for 37 years.
