| Bio As a child it was my dream to fly anywhere in the world on my magic carpet. I believed that with my creativity and imagination I could go fly away. As I grew older I started using theater as a means to do this. After High School, I went to Emerson College for Theater Education and graduated with a B.F.A... Upon graduation in 2001, I worked for Company One, a local Boston based theater company. I acted, produced, stage managed and was their Education Program Administrator. After leaving Company One I pursued my dream of teaching classes of my own through Magic Carpet Adventures. I now teach these classes for The Arlington Children's Theater, The Underground Railway Theater, and local schools and art centers. My programs are growing by the season and my theater parties are an experience you will never forget! As a teacher I am committed to helping children learn to use the art of theater. I like to integrate all the arts as an inspiration for their creativity and self expression. I work with students of all ages and am constantly adapting my classes based on what works for each institution. I look forward to each new season to grow as a business, but also as a theater educator! Please feel free to contact me with any questions! [email protected] (857)919-1347 |
