Wolver

Physical Description: Wolvers are a race of bipedal humanoids that are covered with thick fur that ranges from black to light brown.  As a Wolver ages, this fur turns either gray or white, starting around the muzzle.  Wolvers, when standing upright, stand around seven feet tall, although they often lean slightly forward do to their oversized chests.  Wolvers have a long snout with long whiskers and bright, intelligence eyes.  Wolvers are large and fast, with a broad chest and large, muscular arms.  Wolvers are very agile and can run on all four of their appendages for greater speed.  Wolvers have a mouth full of large teeth and a reputation for savage fighters across the continent. 

Wolver Society:  Wolvers are a generally peaceful people with a strong sense of justice.  The Wolver Republic is seen as the epitome of liberal government in Ede Rame and Wolver society which produced Progressivism as a benevolent attempt to deal with the problems facing life in the Industrial Age.  Wolvers are noted for their dedication to education and Wolver philosophers are sought by courts across the continent.  While Wolvers are peaceful, once pushed to violence, their savagery in battle is unmatched.
