GENERAL
Liberator – Military victories win popular support.
Butcher – Brutalize enemy / occupied population to maintain order.
Idealist – Colonial troops operate under this commander regardless of racial/religious difference.
Charismatic – Bonus to troop morale.
Resolute – Higher casualty tolerance.
Logistics – No penalty if cut off from supply base – superior utilization of resources.
Methodical – Slower pace, but very thorough and fewer mistakes.
All-Weather - Resist to poor weather.
Experienced - Can be gained after considerable battle experience.
Theater Commander - Bonus to coordinating multiple army or naval or air groups.
Strategist - Bonus to operating a combined-arms force. (Naval / Air / Land)
Tactician - Bonus to operating independently of command structure if cut-off from contact.
Technico - Improves repair time for damaged units aand limits destruction of mechanical units.
HEROES
Great Warrior – Individual's combat skill is so great that it provides combat bonus.
Sniper – Targets enemy officers to disrupt enemy advance / harms enemy morale.
Paladino – Holy Warrior whose battle skill and presence inspires others to greater acts of bravery.
Ranger – Warrior whose reconnaissance skills are unparalleled.
Centurion – Magi-Warrior who wields magic and melee on the battlefield.
ARCH-MAGI
War Magus – Magus who wields a balanced form of magic on the battlefield.
Necromancer – Magus who makes use of death and dark magicks.
Geomancer – Magus whose power is shaped by (and shapes) the immediate geography.
Druid – Magus whose power is derived from nature.
