The Grand Unitary Church of Ede Rame: Sagas of The Great Pillar

The Origin of Mun and Sarta

...and from the Darkness Beyond was born the Great Lord of Creation, Naggarium.

Great Naggarium's strength constructed the Great World Pillar upon which the Golden Lands should be set and made true. The Great World Pillar rose from the murky dark of the Darkness Beyond and the Qingu Dark Water, towering high above even the Elder Ones.

Naggarium looked upon his glory and craftsmanship and saw that it was Good. Naggarium set the world upon the Great Pillar, a land of plains and rivers, hills and lakes, and mountains and oceans. The lands were covered with trees and the seas filled with fish and it was Good. Amongst the trees wild animals roamed and hunted and raised their young. The world was young and it was GOOD.

Naggarium had fashioned their world and reveled in their creation. Yet he felt alone and sought to bring others into their creation. He crafted a host of Many-Winged Angels whose musical voices filled the heavens with much beauty and Naggarium felt love for their faithful servants.

In the world, Naggarium crafted people to live amongst the world of Mun and cultivate its virgin lands and explore it. These were the First Born of Mun, the Bright-Eyed Sarta.

The Sarta were mighty shapers of Mun and made the Golden Lands even more beautiful before the eyes of their Creator. The Sarta were thus the first inheritors of the world and were loved by their divine father more than even the lands of Mun itself.”
