Ratteti

 

Physical Description:  A Ratteti has the appearance of a crossbreed of a rat and a man - in that they are in appearance large bipedal rats with intelligence sufficient to use weapons make tools, and converse in a developed language.  Most Ratteti stand four to five feet tall and have brown fur, although this can vary. White and grey-furred rats are prized among Ratteti litters, as grey and white-furred Ratteti often become favored members of their communities, including being considered 'God-Touched.' Most Ratteti have luminous eyes and long tails.

 

Ratteti Society:  The Ratteti are noted as tireless workers and they work their fields without end.  Ratteti have large common buildings where the Ratteti give birth called "nursing centers."  The Ratteti have limited social cohesion beyond the town level and periodically war with other townships, although generally on a limited level.
