love is being...

love is the path...
"Who can harm me more than myself?"

That is a question i asked myself recently during a time of personal crisis. I was feeling depressed and deflated due to the action of another , when i realized i was acumulating the most pain through my reaction to the deeds. Had i not concentrated on redundant negative thought potterns, I could respond to the situation from a perspective of higher awareness.

Ofcourse we will be upset at times because of the words or actions of another, but we must realize the enactor of therse harmful actions is recieving the most harm, is displaying the anguish s/he still has, trapped inside. All of us has to make mistakes. I have said many defensive words and acted from low self worth many times in my life; how can i blame another for doing the same?

The key is to learn from these mistakes. Only by completely realizing the dynamics of the situation can the knowledge to do so be adaquately obtained. These dynamics are much easier understood from a mind reaching beyond a five-sensory point of view, but growing up in a fractured, control based society, this is not an easy step to take. In such an environment, it will take many mistakes just to see the need for such an evolution.

The most trajic situations occur when one who is inflicting self harm (upon himself and others) does not realize it. Although this person may be conscioussly unaware of the pain, unconsciously it will affect every action (or reaction) they make. This split only serves to cause more pain, with added repressions and eventual neurotic behavior. This individual can only be healed through a willingness to accept the contents of the unconscious. If this process of finding the higher self through individuation is a process we all must go through, how can one blame another for thier situation? And how can any of us feel but sorrow for those who repress the entire journey?

i am sure they will find it eventually, for even when we sleep, our unconsciouss mind has a new lesson for us...
