| About Me & my life: First, I must say it is difficult to think of qualities to define oneself. The basics that come to my mind; I'm 20, I'm female, I'm goofy and fun. I love to laugh, smile, dance, and sing. I enjoy the outdoors, taking walks, smelling flowers and having nice conversations. I like using my credit card to buy an excess amount of shoes and clothes(most people can attest to that, especially my Dad...bad bad Emily). I take joy in being active on campus and knowing that I have made so many wonderful friends for the short while I've been here. I actually enjoy classes like Music History III and British Writers, even though I may complain about them a bit. I love music--its been in my life for a very long time, thanks to my parent's encouragement and I hope I never neglect it as I get older. I was raised by two of the greatest parent's God could have ever given me and I have a little sister, Carolyn Rosie, that although we fight when I'm at home...I think back to when I was her age(14) and I remember what it's like, I love her anyways. Well as most of you already know, I'm a junior at Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois studying music and psychology. It's an interesting combo, I know, but I love music and psychology is what I plan to do with my life. I'm planning on attending graduate school for my masters and uh, dare I say it...eventually my Ph.D. Yes, someday, YOU can call me Dr. Sauer, scary?!?! :)I haven't chosen a definate school but I'm looking into Illinois State, Northern Illinois, Loyola Univ, and Eastern Illinois. Here at Bradley I'm involved in Alpha Phi Omega a coed service fraternity which I was elected secretary(YAY!!!), Sigma Alpha Iota(music fraternity for women), and I play my clarinet in Symphonic Band(yes, my friends and I...are band geeks). |

| Happenings this week: You ever have weeks when you're overloaded with stress? That would be this week up until finals for me. I think it's really important to take a little time amongst all of that stress and breathe. Breathing is good, right? Inhale, exhale, inhale, exhale. I'll make sure I do it, you try too!
