This site was created around the year '99 or 2000. I was encouraged by a friend to make a site. I thought "hey thats a neat idea"..I started out making easy pages on 'expage' and worked my way up. I quickly learned how to save images, upload stuff, and make pages. It takes lots of time to learn the ropes. I wanted to make a site that girls could really enjoy themselves--not those stupid "im popular heres my shoutoutz" boring pages.. Shoutouz just wasn't my thing either. You know? I also wanted it to be cean, no porn, and free of spam and pop-up ads. I think I succeeded, which i'm thrilled about. :o) The feedback on my site has been very encouraging.
