Mermaids are perhaps one of the most majestic and beautiful creatures ever. They are gentle, caring and sincere. Even though many people have never seen one and may not believe in them, there's still a feeling of the "unknown" of there being mermaids! Even though there may not be real mermaids, it's fun to imagine there are. Many storybooks and fairytales include mermaids. Perhaps one of the most famous ones is "The little mermaid".
