Numerology (a do-it-yourself exercise):

Numerology is the study of numbers that are connected to a person's name, and date of birth. The information here has been taken from many books, so I would try to explain as it has applied to me.

First, let's talk about what each number means:

1 - start, invention, creation, leader, independent, agressive, dominant, individualistic
2 - compassion, association, co-operation, follower, listener, adaptable, gentle
3 - creative, calling, uses the qualities for 1 and 2 and creates new reality, communicate
4 - practical, work, completes assignments, form, order, stability
5 - freedom, change, travel, versatility, adventure, speculation
6 - home, marriage, love, healer, counceling, compassion
7 - thinker, literature, isolated, wisdom, finding self, intuitive, analytical, quiet
8 - spiritual, success, famous, power, responsibility, good judgement
9 - completion, knighthood, teacher, selflessness, patience, tolerance, endings

11, 22, 33 and 44 numbers are delineations of 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8 numbers.
11 = 1 & 2 - master number, needs to master both the traits of 1 and 2
22 = 2 & 4 - master number, needs to master both the traits of 2 and 4.
33 = 3 & 6 - master number, needs to master both the traits of 3 and 6.
44 = 4 & 8 - master number, needs to master both the traits of 4 and 8.

People with master numbers have a higher calling in life. Higher calling means toughness. The same holds for any numbers for life lesson that are over and equal to 7. Not a bad thing, but the person should spend time to find more about self.

The life lesson number, or the number that defines are calling in this life, can be found by adding the numbers in the date of birth.

For example, John Michael, date of birth is 4-14-1972

So the lesson becomes, 4 + 1 + 4 + 1 + 9 + 7 + 2 = 28.

Since 28 is not a valid number, we add it again, 2 + 8 = 10 = 1

The life lesson number shows what the person needs to become in this lifetime.

The Past life number, or earlier lifetime in this life can be found by adding the vowels in the fullname.

A=1, B=2, C=3, D=4, E=5, F=6, G=7, H=8, I=9, J=1, K=2, L=3, M=4, N=5, O=6, P=7, Q=8, R=9, S=1, T=2, U=3, V=4, W=5, X=6, Y=7, Z=8 (Y is considered a vowel)

For John Michael, the past life number is

J + O + H + N M + I + C + H + A + E + L
6 + 9 + 1 + 5 = 21 = 2 + 1 + 3

John was a creative person in the past life since 3 represents creativity or expressiveness. He was a creative person in the beginning of this lifetime, but he needs to grow to be an inventor or number 1 in this lifetime. Past life number helps us determine our past life lessons, and the life lesson number gives us a direction to be in this lifetime.

The Year Prediction can be found for a person by adding the birthday and the current year. For example, if the current year is 2001, then for John, this year will bring

4 + 14 + 2001 = 4 + 1 + 4 + 2 + 0 + 0 + 1 = 12 = 1 + 2 = 3.

Through the Year Prediction, this year starting from 4/14/2001 to 4/14/2002, John will be in a creative cycle of number 3. Number 3 is a great year as it reflects his past life number, so this year is a good year to let go of the past mistakes. Creativity also promotes expressiveness.

The Month Prediction can be found by adding the month number to the Year number. The month numbers are

Jan = 1, Feb =2, Mar = 3, Apr = 4, May = 5, Jun = 6, Jul = 7, Aug = 8
Sep = 9, Oct = 10, Nov = 11, Dec = 12

We have already figured out the Year Prediction number for John, which is 3. The number 3 is the Year Prediction number working from April 2001 - April 2002 for John.

For example, to find out what numeric vibrations John will be going through in August 2001, add 3 + 8 = 11. Number 11 is a master number as it promotes both the qualties of 1 and 2. August should be a great month for John.

For January 2001, add 2 + 1 = 4. John was dealing with the practical nature of things in January 2001. We used 2 to find the month since John was in the previous numerology year cycle for January 2001.

Tarot Cards:

Tarot Cards are a psychic tool. When a psychic uses Tarot cards, his/her mind travels into the space of that other person. This allows for concentration in that other space, and then events can be picked up. So the key to successfully do Tarot cards is to isolate self from any thoughts, and try to understand these new thoughts that are coming in. This will result in successful Tarot Card reading.

Remember, not to forget the cards spread, because this is the second part of doing successful reading. The cards have certain faith that is associated, and with the right intention, and believe in God, they will work for us. The message only comes when it needs to. Tarot cards go back further enough that the Great Pyramid has it's symbols printed on the walls. It was a tool given to us by the Supernatural Lord to help us find our path, from darkness.

Darkness overshadows, tools help us find the light. Darkness reasons with intuition.

Any book or cards can be picked up from a store. Tarot cards are a psychic tool, so any book is good. Make sure that the interpretation is also good, because sometimes that helps.

The cards and the book needs to be blessed to protect it from bad energies. I usually bless the cards at different times.
