Psychic protection:
As we get more advanced, psychic protection is necessary. The protection is there so we can control whose thoughts we want to accept. Thoughts travel, so the better the protection, the better it will allow us to be ourselves.
The important aspect is to identify which realm the person is working with. The physical realm is the lowest, then is the lower astral, then higher astral and then the Spiritual realm. The Spiritual realm is the strongest, and provide anormous amount of protection. The will needs to be strong enough, and dedicated to be accepted in the Spiritual realm. Please make sure that you bring the strengths down from the Spiritual realm into the physical realm, otherwise we are working in a very interesting state that is not viable in everyday use.
Aura needs to be there also for protection. The picture above shows an aura that is working in spiritual plane, and is very strong. Through psychic abilities, we can build the aura we like. Prayer creates the best aura.
Please don't misuse psychic abilities. This creates psychic wars, that drain energy. The lesser the outside thoughts, the better we can work on ourselves.
The meditation should start with His name. This is the strongest meditation, because if it starts with God's name, then the results are the most powerful.
Also, remember that the heart is our center. This constitutes are well-being. The Being not only lives on the physical plane, but has the soul. The heart connects the physical body to the spiritual plane.
Green is the color of the heart. Green shows the male aspects.
Pink is also the color of the heart, and controls the female aspects of our Being.
If somebody is coming in your space too much, sage the place. Pray that the smoke of sage covers your whole place, and also your psychic realm (sub-consious). Also, put God's name between you and the person so God takes care of the issue. This allows you to concentrate on yourself.
Covering self with white light, God's light is one of the most powerful psychic protection. Please be patient, and let the energy work itself. Patience is necessary. If you cannot do anything else, read some sections on meditation and spiritual quotes on this site. It will help!
If no protection is working, try looking through the right eye. Left eye is the intuitive eye, right eye is the practical eye. We have to see ourself through the practical eye to live and be practical, and use the intuitive eye to look for solutions in the unseen realms where we cannot reach in the practical realms. Looking between the two eyes help us ground, and find a balance between the intuitive and practical aspects...
When all Chakras are functioning, the soul can be seen. We can then look into the everything. White light is seen, which is peace or Heavens!
