Mind Meditation and Healing

Bruce Lee: An example of mind meditation, with control over body muscle tissues and nerves.

The mind is our channel to intuition, and also to work active in everyday life, or practicality.  When we activity participate in healing or any form of meditation, we are letting the mind fly into Unseen Realms for answers to our problems, and in a lot of cases, correct ourselves so that we can better apply the solutions.

Mind meditation is done by putting OM in the center of the forehead.  Let OM energy fills the whole brain area.  Let the energy come through from the Heavens, and regenerate the brain cells.  Doing this will enlighten the mind.  Once the mind is enlightened, the body follows.  The mind has control over the nervous system.  A lot can be done with the nerves, once this state is achieved.  Once the mind can focus, then we can re-program it to create new realities for us.

The mind works on patterns.  Patterns that we have seen before.  We actively make the same decisions on problems that we have seen before, sometimes not even analyzing them thoroughly.  Patterns take over in most cases, so in order to make changes, we need to try to re-analyze the patterns, and break them if needed.

So how does the meditation takes place in this scenario?  Upon meditation, we will see the problem, and the solution that is associated with it.  Now the next thing to examine is how the problem looks like.  Most people, when seeing the problem, will shut off the system.  The reason being that human emotions govern the body to a large extent.  When we see sorrow or issues, we tend to close down our nervous systems, and tighten the nerves.  The heart governs the emotions.  The heart meditation will be described in another section.

The key is to meditate and find the problem.  Once you see the problem, then wait.  Take notes if possible to write down the issues.  The meditation exercise is not over yet.  Now that the problem is found, meditate according to help find the solution!  The solution is what needs to be meditated on.  Please make sure you write down the issues first!

Meditation cannot be done on sorrow!  This way, we are not making any progress but letting our issues govern our life.  If we want to make changes in our life, then we need to start thinking about new possibilities that can be available if we put our WILL to it.  The mind WILL is the strongest.  WILL can make changes that are beyond words can describe.

Meditation on change for better is the right way!  So in order to re-program the mind, we need to find solutions, or ACTIONS that will help us regenerate our thinking patterns.  For example, meditate on

"I will find a solution to my finances, if He thinks it is right for me"

Right there, I can write many statements about the meditation.  First, we are channelling Him.  When we do OM meditation, Faith is the key.  When Faith is there, everything is possible.  So rather than having sorrow for not having money, if we meditate the above, we know that the money that is needed, will be provided.  And if it is not provided, it has a reason.  The last, but not least, saying that 'I will" creates confidence united with Him.

"Show me what You think is right for me"

This is one of the strongest meditation statements.  Giving self to Him, so that He can find solutions with you.  Help you, and guide you.

"I will make change.  I will be patient when my worries are tough.  But when the time is right, I will grow stronger, and handle my problems.  If I cannot find my solution, I will be patient.  My own energy is needed, when the time is right, or I might not be well.  Patience is a great strength in me."

A good meditation for when the situation are tough and patience is required.  Remember, we can make our own meditation statements as needed.

"I am not sick."

Mind is very strong.  If you think you are sick, then you will be sick.  If you think you are strong, then you will be strong.  So, meditation for happiness is a solution to many problems.  When there is a WILL, there is a way.
