| Body Meditation and Healing "Our body is the temple of God". A statement most heard. The body is the temple because there is where we live. Apart from SOUL and Mind, the body is of the highest! If the body is working properly, we are able to function to perfection, and do more. If the body is tired, we will assume we are tired, because the mind gets affected by the body. Body healing is difficult. The reason, our whole being works against our body. The body constitutes not only the physical part, but the heart. The heart is the center. It is the portion that is the most delicate. When we feel sorrow, we tend to close the the heart. This can eventually stop circulation of the whole body. The heart pumps blood. The best alternative for fixing the body is exercise. Through exercise, we can help the circulation of blood to a great deal. The muscles need to be touched, in all areas. Yoga is a very good substitute for affective workout. Meditation is also important. When doing extensive yoga and meditation, past tends to be foreseen quite a bit. The past needs to be affectively delt with, in order for us to achieve a good future. Body needs to be perfected, in order for us to successfully enjoy the pleasures of this lifetime. Meditation works great with Yoga because through meditation we can find out what parts of the body needs healing. We can then use Yoga to do proper exercise to get a good workout. Expert meditation students can feel the affects of these meditations on the physical plane!. Here are are a few: "My mind muscle tissue are relaxed, open to the point where they need to be, and the nerves are flowing blood properly in His name - OM" This should help get peace of mind. When I started using this the first time, I felt asleep as my mind was not ready for this exercise. "My body nerves and muscle tissues are relaxed. Let my body energy pass through, and hit each point, all the way down to my feet." To properly heal, this exercise might need to be done in a consecutive fashion. The reason being that the portions cannot be fixed immediately, and sometimes need lots of practice. When we are healing portions of the body that are damaged, we use this exercise to hit the portion many times, till the healing is done, and the portion is back to it's normal routine. "Let my body nerves and muscle tissues back to tensed up for me to work in daily life" Remember, that tensioning the nerves and muscles tissues back to a comfortable settings are important. Muscles need to be tensed up, so that nerves don't move freely out of their space. Too much stiffness is not good, too much relaxation is not good. Balance is important! Good luck! |
