Before I adopted M'aggie, I saw her picture on
the Siamese Rescue website. This is a screen shot from the site, when M'aggie's
name was Opal. If you want to see the actual listing for M'aggie, please visit
the Siamese Rescue website, search for Opal in Texas.
Mom, Dad, and I met M'aggie, Carol and
her husband (M'aggie's Foster Mom and dad) at PetSmart for the first time in
person. M'aggie's quite wary of the new location and people, but she's a
sweetheart to everyone she met that day!
Many thanks go out to M'aggie's foster parents, without them, M'aggie would
have never found her forever home with us.
Her whiskers might have been few and far between but still she's a sharp looking kitty!
A profile shot
Ever a burrower, M'aggie burrowed into my arms on our first meeting. Even today no blanket, sheet or towel is safe from being burrowed into and explored to M'aggie's satisfaction!
The missing hair around M'aggie's neck is typical for the Devon Rex breed. After getting settled into her new home, a stress free M'aggie grew in a thick coat!
When saying goodbye, M'aggie burrowed herself underneath her bed in her crate.
